What's the difference between a growth marketer and a performance marketer?
A performance marketer leans heavily into a short-term strategy of generating leads and converting them into customers at speed, usually through a huge advertising budget that's spent on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. While this can provide an addictive boost to your revenue, your audiences may eventually become fatigued by your ads, hence reducing the effectiveness of your ad campaigns.

On the other hand, a growth marketer is more keen in fostering an organic relationship with your audiences, leading to their longer-term buy-in and sustainable brand growth.
